Shipping , Delivery, Payments FAQ

We make sure we provide our customers with State of the Art shopping experience by having the best of logistics and tracking service in place which facilitates timely delivery and thus happy customers.

Product Payment:
Payment for your purchase can be made with one of the below methods:
Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking.
Paytm Wallet.
Google pay
Razor pay

Maruthi courier

We need two- three working day to process the order. Orders will get delivered within 10-12 working days if there is no customisation work. It depends upon the service availability for the respective Pincode.

All packages are dispatched in tamper proof bags. So, at the time of delivery, we recommend you to check the package before accepting it to ensure it has not been tampered.

However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

We don’t take any urgent order/s and we don’t ship any order overnight also the weekend and public holidays are off we can’t process the shipments on the same. Shipments may delay in case of any natural calamities, strike, or lockdown.


We need four-five working days to process the order and delivered within 15-18 working days.

However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach.

Any customs charges and taxes depend on the country and it should be borne by the customer itself. We request our overseas customers to check the same with local customs. The respective charges will be added in the billing by the carrier while delivery or after a few weeks of delivery.



Because each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm.

Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

Where all do we deliver ?

We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. Our courier agents are DHL / UPS/ FEDEX / SKYNET / SPEED POST. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays & Sundays in most countries where 5 day work culture. Also on Festivals courier companies has holidays.

Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.
Transit times
We ship all orders by fastest possible after we procure the finished product by air courier services like DHL / UPS / FEDEX / SKYNET / SPEED POST and they deliver within 48-72 hours as soon as possible.

SDA service (Secured area delivery)?

SDA service (Secured area delivery).This service pertains to residential deliveries at U.S.A and other country, wherein the shipments are eligible for delivery at a secured area (SDA) at customer’s residence, without the receiver’s signature, as the standard service.

In the event of delivery at a secured area (SDA) without the receiver’s signature, no Proof of Delivery would be provided to you by courier partner.
In view of the above, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to honor your claim.

Address change requests

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 48 hours of placing the order. section Express section ( Ready to Ship Section ) is a special section that allows you to place an order ensuring the delivery of the product within the next 10-15 days. Only specified products are listed under the ‘Express Section’.

Billing Address and Shipping Address

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.

My address belongs to some remote area

In such a case standard transit time of 15-25 days may change and remote area charges USD 20 extra charges applicable on shipment.

Once your product is dispatched, we shall share the tracking URL of the courier via email/ sms so that you can keep a track of the delivery progress. Alternatively, you may check My Account section for details.

Product Delivery:

Our estimated Dispatch/Delivery time for all the products will be displayed on the product detail page. You will also receive an email with the order summary and the estimated delivery time to your PIN Code location.

Generally we process your order within a day or two, and dispatch it through reputed courier services with tracking facility.

We ship on all days (except Saturday ,Sundays & public holidays). It takes around 7 to 10 working days for a product to be delivered in PAN India.

In limited cases the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. Delivery may also be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances including (but not limited to) bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, epidemic, pandemic and so on. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you via email/SMS service.

A remote location might take more delivery time than usual. However, will not take any responsibility incase your order doesn’t reach you in 10 -15 business days.

At present, we ship an order only to a single destination address. For delivery at different addresses you will be required place multiple orders. Please check My Addresses section.

Tracking Packages: 

We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. Tracking may not appear online until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Non-availability on Delivery:

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
In case you do not accept the parcel, the charges towards forward and reverse logistics will not be refunded. Any reattempt for delivery will be additionally chargeable and not covered under delivery mentioned above.

1.Do the shipping charges vary from country to country?
Yes, they vary from country to country. Courier Company decides it.

2.Is the shipping charge calculated on weight of the package?
The shipping charges are calculated on the number of products and weight of your order.

3.Can I track the package once you ship it from Location?
Yes, we will share tracking number of the courier once it is shipped. You would be able to track it with the respective courier website.

4.What are your shipping charges for deliveries within India?
Delivery within Karnataka is free for orders above Rs 5000 and for other states its on actuals in INR. If the product is very heavy the charges will vary.

5.Can you deliver to any country in the world?
Yes, we deliver to almost all countries in the world.

6.What is the procedure to return a product, If I don’t like it?
Product can’t be returned after delivery. We accept for returns or exchange only if there is any manufacturer defect. You will have to take a video recording and photograph of the product while unpacking the product for us to replace with another one of the same amount. The tags should be intact.

7.Will I get a full refund if I return the product?
There is no refund but you can exchange for product value excluding shipping charges.

8.Are there any charges for refunds, if I return an item?
We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

9.How do I know that you have received my payments?
We will send confirmation message that we have received your payments

10.Who would be responsible for paying taxes for domestic and International shipped?
Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer.

11.If I need to cancel my order?
You can cancel the order before the product is shipped. Full amount will be refunded within 2 working days. We do not provide any cancellation if order is under shipment or products is delivered. Product can only be exchanger.
Aithihya provides shipping all over the world. Shipping Charges are applicable according to the weight/city or country. Aithihya uses trusted courier services in India. Shipping is free on the purchase above INR 5000 in Karnataka (only if the product weighs below 2 kg) but below INR 5000, INR 200 per packet is charged if the weight . Aithihya uses FedEx, DHL Courier, or Government Speed post for shipping abroad.

12.What is the estimated delivery time?
We are trying our best to ship the order on the next working day after the cancellation time window expires. Generally it takes 3 to 7 business days to reach your destination (Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays).Due to bad weather conditions or social disturbances, delivery time by our logistics partner may vary. We will keep you informed about the same. We will let you know if the product had to be manufactured or procured.

13.Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can place the order at multiple addresses.

14.What about if my address belongs to some remote area?
In such a case standard transit time of 4-5 days in India may change to 10 to 15 days.

15.What is the difference between Express Shipping Items & In Stock Items?
The Express Shipping items are those which are ready in our Production House and will be shipped within 7-10 days after Processing & Finishing. In Stock Category items are ready in our Showroom for shipping within 3 Days. (NOTE: The Items will be shipped on due date if they don’t include stitching).

16.What is transit time?
It is the Transportation time for the products to reach the destination, once they are dispatched from our warehouse.


If I don’t have a credit card, then how could I make payment, what are the other modes ?
You can make payment through Bank transfer, Google pay , Phone Pay , credit card or Debit card, Razor pay, Paytm,Net banking. If you are using Western Union, your amount should be more that Rs 10,000.

Difference between Release and Refund?

If in any case we have to return your order amount and we have not charged your account till then, in such a case we will release the order amount to your account and you will not get any debit or credit entry with your credit card statement. If we have charged your account, then in that case we will refund your order amount and you will get the credit or debit entry with your credit card statement.

Should I give my complete address or only P.O.Box number?
You should give your complete physical address as Courier Company does not accept the parcel with only P.O.Box number

What about if I have extra large size, should I pay for extra ?
Yes, you have to pay more for extra large size, charges will be fixed according to product's price and measurement given by you. Normally we provide the product with chest size 40 inches, waist size 38 inches and hips size 42 inches.

What about if I made the payment twice for any order, then what are the options available for me?
If we receive payment twice for any order then we will charge for one only.

What about if you have made the refund for part payment, can I get second time refund?
We can make refund only one time for an order, if we have refunded part payment for your order amount, in such case we will not be able to make refund in second time.

Why do I see a slight change in the prices of the items in my cart?
Change in price occurs due to currency fluctuations. It always reflects most recent prices with the displayed products.

Will the price reduce over a period of time for these newly arrived items?
Normally we do not reduce the prices for these items unless they are put up on sale.
