Return/ Refund Cancel Policy and FAQ
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 2-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund after getting convince about the damage.Your refund or exchange will be initiated within 2 working days after we receive the product.
- Timing: We have a 2-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received. The item should be not worn, not tampered with and should have intact tags and packing along with the box or bag in which it came.
- We will provide a reorder or exchange if the item is found to be damaged from our side.
- We will not return or refund any item due to its colour, weight or material quality complaints as we have mentioned most of the important details in the website. we will not be responsible for the allergies you have to any metal product.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

What is the procedure to return a product, If I don’t like it?
Product can’t be returned after delivery( untill and unless there is a special case). We accept for returns or exchange only if there is any manufacturer defect. You will have to take a video recording and photograph of the product while unpacking the product for us to replace with another one of the same amount. The tags should be intact.
Will I get a full refund if I return the product?
There is no refund but you can exchange for product value excluding shipping charges
Are there any charges for refunds, if I return an item?
We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
If I need to cancel my order?
You can cancel the order before the product is shipped.W will wait for 48 hours as cancellation window. Full amount will be refunded within 2 working days. We do not provide any cancellation if order is under shipment or products is delivered. Product can only be exchanged.
I do not need stitching in the lehenga. Do you still take 15 days to ship the order?
It depends on the availability of product. If the product is in stock then your order can be shipped within 3 to 4 days.
Will I get all the accessories which are mentioned on model with the outfit?
All the accessories are for modeling purpose however we will provide matching accessories if it is available.
Can I get the matching jewellery with the ordered items?
Yes, you can choose the jewellery from our jewellery section.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We understand that in cases, where you may want to alter the ordered size or the colour option of a product in the order. You can change the order within 24 hrs by contacting us.
Can I return a sold item?
No, you can’t return a sold item, until and unless it’s damaged before opening( opening video required) or wrongly delivered.

Difference between order confirmation email & payment confirmation email?
Order confirmation email is the proof of order that you have made on our portal, it doesn’t implies that payment is made successfully, as you get a payment confirmation email after you make payment and we get a confirmation of your payment being made.
How will I send you my measurement?
We will send you a measurement form to fill your details, after you confirm your order with us.
